  • Smile, and get out of wherever you now i possible stay in nature for some time.
  • If possible go for a long walk.
  • If you feel stressed take copy or pen and write what`s stucks in your head .
  • Talk with your close or faviourte one.
  • Listin  soft music.
  • Most important , Motivate yourself, and tell yourself that you can do everthing, you are brave , you are unique, And i1m sure you can do it.
